Systems Analyst (SDLC, Tsim Sha Tsui)
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per month
Key responsibilities
Manage and monitor outsourced smart firefighting IT projects and related activities
Liaise with users to collect and refine business requirements
Conduct desktop research on modern technologies that can be used for firefighting
Prepare project documentation and technical writing, including requirements specifications, SA&D Report, UAT Plan, and meeting minutes
Review project deliverables to ensure that quality standards, timelines and contractual requirements are met
Prepare technical specifications for the procurement of IT products and services required by the projects
Provide production support, including troubleshooting urgent issues, root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective/preventive actions
Provide on-call technical support duties and perform overtime work, including work outside of normal office hours, on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, as and when necessary
Requirements:
Higher Diploma / Degree in Computing related subjects
At least four (4) years' post-qualification information technology experience of which at least three (3) years working experience in related area
Experience in managing outsourced contractor throughout the whole system development life cycle (SDLC)
Solid understanding of and practical experience with common programming languages and related tools and technologies
Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
Security vetting is required
Experience with modern technologies will be an advantage
Experience in deploying Outdoor Surveillance Camera and setting up outdoor ad-hoc networks will be an advantage
Experience in IT security, including risk assessment, risk management and risk controls will be an advantage
