Systems Analyst
We are looking for a Systems Analyst to support and enhance its in-house Position Logistic Management System (Polomas). The role involves application support, database management, ETL development, troubleshooting, and process automation while working closely with sourcing, trading, and risk management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain, and enhance the Polomas application
- Develop and optimize T-SQL queries, SSIS packages, VBA applications, and automation solutions
- Troubleshoot application, database, and data integration issues
- Perform incident management and root cause analysis
- Support data quality, system integrations, and ETL processes
- Gather business requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Drive automation, performance improvements, and process optimization
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in T-SQL, SSIS, and VBA
- Experience in application support and production issue resolution
- Good understanding of relational databases, ETL processes, and system integrations
- Exposure to SAP/ERP systems is preferred
- C# experience is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders
Key Notes form Client:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in T-SQL, SSIS, VBA
- Optionally good to have: experience in C#
- This will be a technical role, but will require someone who is comfortable speaking business language and can understand business processes
- Has worked in a support environment and remotely
