Required Skills and Demonstrated Experience

• Demonstrates experience with collection and exploitation of data on mobile apps including domestic and foreign.
• Demonstrates experience performing data analysis such as gathering information to determine data sources, data targets, data definitions, and data relationships.
• Demonstrates experience working with data in a variety of structured and unstructured formats.
• Demonstrates experience producing technical documentation for operational use.
• Demonstrates experience triaging and troubleshooting data issues.
• Demonstrates experience developing requirements for testing, assessing applications, and systems for data management.
• Demonstrates on-the-job experience with image analysis, manipulation, and processing in Photoshop or similar tools.
• Demonstrates on-the-job experience working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Demonstrates experience transferring and handling sensitive data.
• Demonstrates experience preparing task plans, task documentation, and overall activity reporting documents.
• Demonstrates experience developing data ingestion tools that extract, transform and load the data based upon data mappings.
• Demonstrates experience building databases and developing software applications to manage the extraction, transformation and loading of data.
• Demonstrates experience performing data modeling, data testing and data documentation.
• Demonstrates experience with data management such as versioning of data and backups.
• Demonstrates experience working with users to define requirements for analysts or operational customers.

Highly Desired Skills and Demonstrated Experience

• Demonstrates experience with client’s technical collection.
• Proficient in all of client’s classified datasets and data collection and repository tools.
