Summary
We are looking for an experienced Systems Architect who can lead the design and development of enterprise-level IT solutions while also taking ownership of requirements management. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical architecture background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead business requirements activities.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise systems architecture aligned with business and technology objectives.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend architectural improvements to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
Define system integration strategies and translate business needs into technical architecture and solution designs.
Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation with business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Facilitate requirements workshops and discussions with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
Lead and oversee Business Analysts or Requirements Analysts in managing requirements delivery.
Manage requirements prioritization, changes, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Provide technical guidance throughout the system development and implementation lifecycle.
Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, IT policies, and security requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant IT experience in systems development, systems analysis, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
Strong experience in Systems Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technical Architecture.
Solid background in requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional and technical documentation.
Experience leading or managing Business Analysts or Requirements Management teams.
Knowledge of enterprise systems integration, API architecture, databases, and application design.
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
