Logifix is a fast-growing national 3PL and freight logistics provider with sites in Keysborough VIC and Heathwood QLD. We support customers across Australia with freight, warehousing and reporting technology, including our own customer analytics platform.
We are looking for a Systems & Business Analyst who wants to own that stack end to end, and use it to drive smarter pricing and better decisions.
What you'll do
Be the go-to owner for our freight, warehouse, CRM and reporting systems: configuration, users, integrations and vendor support.
Set up customers, carriers and rate cards accurately across systems.
Back up our Senior Business Analyst on pricing: build quotes and cost-to-serve models for approval on his non-working days and during leave.
Be the catch-all for anything system-related across both sites.
Build and maintain DIFOT, carrier performance and customer spend dashboards.
Document our systems and processes, and train the team to use them well.
Lead system improvements and upgrades from idea to go-live.
What you'll bring
3+ years as a business, systems or pricing analyst, ideally in freight, transport or 3PL.
Hands-on experience administering a TMS/FMS, WMS or CRM.
Advanced Excel and dashboard experience (Tableau, Power BI or similar).
A solid grasp of freight costing: cubic, zones, fuel levies and carrier rates.
The ability to explain data and systems clearly to operations and sales teams.
Bonus: MachShip or Carton Cloud experience, or SQL skills.
