Systems Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing system processes, supporting testing activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Analyze system behavior, workflows, data flows, and system dependencies.

• Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and requirement validation.

• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and solution reviews.

• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Ensure requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or similar roles.

• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Knowledge of system workflows, APIs, data mapping, and integrations.

• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.

Technical Skills

• Jira

• Confluence

• Diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar)

• Basic SQL

• Requirements documentation and process mapping
