Systems Engineer

The business continues to expand, and we are currently seeking to hire a System Engineer with an absolute focus on client service. The role involves providing management, deployment, maintenance, and technical support to our clients. You will identify and problem-solve to deliver effective solutions confidently.

The successful candidate will be able to make decisions based on timeframes, objectives, risks, implications, and costs. Ideally, you will have the ability to contribute to the development and growth of the solutions Ayone Computers offers our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 advanced technical end-user support, both remote and on-site, providing a high level of expertise in both hardware and software

• Assess client requirements, quote, and provision products, services, and solutions. Identify new business opportunities and services, and contribute to their technical solution design and implementation.

• Install, configure, test, support, maintain, monitor, and manage IT and other services.

• Ensure systems are properly maintained and upgraded, M365 compliance, and patching.

• Provide advanced technical input to other team members and assist with escalations if appropriate.

• Complete and maintain client documentation in line with company policies, including procedures, asset inventories, and infrastructure documentation.

Key Attributes:

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with:

• At least 5 years of system Engineer experience (preferably with relevant certifications)

• Proven experience in the support and implementation of Windows and Microsoft 365 stack.

• Exposure and familiarity with Microsoft 365 CoPilot and AI Tools

• Proven experience in Azure AD Intune and Microsoft 365

• Proven experience with high-level implementation and issue resolution

• Able to identify and devise client solutions, excelling in client service and communication.

• Demonstrated ability to motivate yourself.

• Strong record of accuracy and attention to detail
