Role Overview
We are seeking talented software engineers who are excited to design and develop robust, resilient, and speedy trading systems. These systems will directly power the firm’s proprietary strategies. You will collaborate with exceptional software and quantitative professionals and solve some of the most advanced engineering challenges in low-latency, high-performance computing.

What You'll Work On
  • Design and implement real-time trade execution and risk management systems with nanosecond-level latency sensitivity

  • Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code to achieve lower latency and higher throughput

  • Take end-to-end ownership of modules including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment

  • Research and experiment with techniques to reduce latency across OS, kernel, networking stack, kernel bypass, system tuning, CPU architecture, cache-efficient data structures, and scalable algorithms

  • Develop and deploy performance monitoring tools (CPU/network/memory) and algorithms

  • Collaborate closely with engineers, quants, and traders to deliver high-performance and highly reliable systems

What We're Looking For
  • Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent from premier institutes

  • Strong problem-solving skills and quantitative aptitude

  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming, preferably in C++ or C

  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong work ethic and communication skills

  • Working knowledge of Linux systems

  • Knowledge of Python or Perl is a plus
