About the role
This is a hands-on role at the point where technology meets clinical practice.
Key accountabilities include:
- Providing dedicated technical support to clinical staff across the organisation
- Resolving IT issues across software and hardware
- Working with clinicians to make sure systems fit seamlessly into their workflow
- Maintaining calibration and compliance requirements for clinical workstations
- Supporting IT projects, including go-live of new systems and workflows
- Coaching service desk teams and building the knowledge base
- Working with vendor support teams and suggesting process improvements
- Have at least 3 years' experience across a range of IT skills, including applications, operations and technology
- Be confident with Microsoft Office and browser-based software
- Be a confident communicator who builds credibility quickly with clinicians and technical teams
- Enjoy coaching others and sharing what they know
