Core Skills and Knowledge

• Good understanding and working knowledge IP Network for WAN and LAN

• Project Management experiences for both inhouse and client projects.

• Knowledge of Security Systems-CCTV, Access Control and Security automation, Video Analytics

• Knowledge Linux, Windows OS – setup and operation

• Install and configure Ethernet based network equipment and systems (remote and local)

• Office IT Infrastructure: NAS systems, Office365 /Outlook administration, PC hardware skill

• Team player and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

• Good oral and written business communication in English

Roles and Responsibilities

• CCTV and IoT systems project implementation with onsite technical team and client.

• Attend site meetings with clients and provide project updates take inputs from client

• Support Video Analytics application, Robotics systems, Visitor Management and other security automation products at technical level

• To trouble-shoot IP based network systems and work with 2nd level support.

• Work closely with Systems Manager and other department leaders to deploy technology and resolves issues.

• Create project schedules and track for successful completion

• Keep abreast of new /emerging Security automation technology and recommend, test new products.

• Able to work ad-hoc hours when supporting client projects and duty phone support

• Generate reports and analyse data for client projects using Excel, PowerPoint etc.
