Systems Engineer
Salary: $3,400 – $5,100 per month

We are a growing IT solutions company providing professional IT services to businesses across Singapore. We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Systems Engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, working with customers, and delivering quality IT solutions. Key responsibilities
Deploy and configure desktop and laptop computers.
Install and configure Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Perform computer migrations, hardware upgrades and replacements.
Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners and peripheral devices.
Configure Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 and common business applications.
Install and support antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
Configure and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks.
Install and configure Wi-Fi Access Points (Aruba, Ubiquiti, TP-Link Omada, Cisco, Meraki or similar).
Perform basic network troubleshooting involving switches, routers and firewalls. (Fortigate, Meraki, or similar
Carry out onsite/phone IT support and maintenance for corporate customers.
About you
Diploma, Higher NITEC or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field
1–3 years of relevant IT support experience
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 deployment and troubleshooting
Experience deploying desktops and notebooks
Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking
Experience configuring Wi-Fi access points
Basic understanding of switches, VLANs and DHCP
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good communication skills in English
Positive attitude with willingness to learn
