Systems Engineer

Job Summary

The Systems Engineer is responsible for implementing, administering, monitoring, and supporting customers’ IT infrastructure and systems to ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and security. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, implementing system enhancements, and delivering professional services in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Systems Engineer will work closely with customers, project teams, vendors, and internal support teams to deliver reliable and secure IT solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Implement IT infrastructure components to meet customer requirements and ensure system availability
  • Administer and monitor IT systems to maintain optimal performance and security
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues promptly to minimize downtime
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams to address system-related inquiries
  • Collaborate with project teams and vendors to deploy system enhancements and upgrades
  • Deliver professional services aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and compliance
  • Coordinate with internal support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems efficiently
