Systems Engineer(Enterprise Networking)

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to own and optimize our test-bed infrastructure, with full responsibility for on-premises server room operations, VMware vSphere virtualization platforms management, Key/Certificate Management System management, firewall administration and the complete lifecycle management of databases used in development and integration environments. Administration of the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem (JIRA Software and Confluence Cloud) is an additional key responsibility.

What You’ll Do:
1. Fully own the physical test-bed server room - racking, cabling, power, cooling, remote management, asset tracking, and access control
2. Design, deploy, maintain, and rapidly reprovision VMware vSphere environments (ESXi 7.x/8.x, vCenter, vSAN/NSX where applicable) for multiple parallel test beds
3. Design, deploy, configure and maintain firewalls (NGFW)
4. Install, configure, upgrade, tune, back up, and restore production-like databases in the labs (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
5. Monitor, performance-tune, and troubleshoot both virtualization and database layers in test environments
6. Serve as Atlassian Cloud administrator (additional responsibility): sites, projects, spaces, permissions, workflows, SSO, Marketplace apps, and integrations
7. Maintain up-to-date documentation: rack elevations, network diagrams (including firewall rules and zones), runbooks
8. Collaborate with RD, QA to keep test environments aligned with real-world needs
9. Ownership and full lifecycle management of the Key/Certificate Management System, including development, deployment, secure operations, and continuous optimization

需求條件

【Essential Requirements】
1. 1+ years owning physical labs or test-bed server rooms
2. Hands-on VMware vSphere administration (ESXi 7/8, vCenter) in fast-changing lab environments
3. Hands-on production experience managing and tuning at least two of: PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, MongoDB
4. Hands-on automation/scripting skills (Python, Bash, Ansible)
5. Solid Linux Server administration + networking in lab contexts

【Preferred Qualifications】
1. Experience as Atlassian Cloud site administrator (JIRA + Confluence)
2. Familiarity with VMware vSphere
3. Knowledge of container-based technology
4. Comfortable with hardware-level diagnostics (servers, RAID, BMC, switches, PDUs)
