Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 per month
About the role
First Tel Tech is looking for a capable and hands-on Systems & Cloud Engineer to support managed IT services and project deployments for SME customers. The engineer will be involved in troubleshooting, implementation, documentation, and improvement of customer environments.
Key responsibilities
Provide technical support for customer IT environments, including PCs, servers, Microsoft 365, networking, backup, and security solutions
Support and deploy Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, MFA, and basic security settings
Assist with Microsoft Intune device enrolment, policy deployment, endpoint configuration, and troubleshooting
Support Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services, GPO, patching, and basic hardening
Assist in server migration, cloud migration, email migration, backup configuration, and endpoint security deployment projects
Monitor and troubleshoot backup, antivirus, server, and network alerts using tools such as Acronis, Sophos, Zabbix, or similar platforms
Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting for customers
Prepare technical documentation, handover notes, inventory records, and service reports
Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve escalated issues
Support cybersecurity improvement tasks such as MFA rollout, endpoint protection, patching, backup review, and basic audit evidence collection
About you
Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and deployment
Windows Server administration
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
Microsoft 365 administration
Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
Basic Azure / Entra ID knowledge
Backup solutions such as Acronis, Synology, Veeam, or similar
Endpoint security such as Sophos, Microsoft Defender, or similar
2–3 years of IT infrastructure or systems support experience
Experience supporting SME customers or managed services environments
