Systems Engineer

Primary Responsibility:
- The Systems Engineer is primarily accountable for troubleshooting and managing emergency client issues that require advanced technical knowledge in the Service Desk. This role is the top tier of support for all client escalation points, contributes to the learning and development of all Desktop staff. This role may assist in the design and completion of both new and existing client projects.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Analyzing client environments and making technical and business recommendations based on their aging hardware and opportunities from 3rd part services.
- Accountable for responding to and resolving issues escalated from Desktop Support.
- Administering, Installing, and Configuring Windows Server.
- Managing Exchange and 365 environments.
- Managing Microsoft cloud services (Azure, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).
- Managing VMware and Hyper-V environments.
- Prompt response and resolution of issues for client Executives.
- Coordinating and resolving top tier issues with vendors: Dealer Management Systems (DMS), ISP Vendors, Proprietary software and PCI compliance.
- Providing updated action plans on ticket resolutions to Account Managers that meet client expectations and our internal goals.
- Manage security events reported from our SOC.
- Perform client migrations for specific technologies or hardware.
- Manage key client relationships and become a point of contact for the IT admins at those clients.
- Managing Enterprise AI solutions for end users and IT admins.
