IT SECURITY DISTRIBUTIONS INC. (ITSDI):
1. JOB SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the technical Manager, understand customer needs, install company products at customer’s sites, train customer in the use of those products and provide after-sales support to ensure total customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services.
2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Working closely with Sales team to ensure successful closure of the sales process
2. Collaborate on customer meetings and Perform technical presentations.
3. Understanding and Developing solutions to address the customer's painpoints
4. Planning, creating and delivering a compelling solutions demonstration and proof of concept (POC)
5. Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP.
6. Implement and install solutions on the customer's test and production environments.
7. Work remotely and/or onsite (if needed) to troubleshoot, analyze, diagnose and resolve problems on different cybersecurity related solutions.
8. Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of technical documentation.
9. Perform any other job-related duties incidental to the work
