Systems Engineer (Infrastructure)

Job Description:

• Support implementation and deployment of IT infrastructure solutions across internal and customer environments.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of infrastructure solutions across customer and internal environments, including servers, virtualization, storage, backup and disaster recovery platforms.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure and maintain server and infrastructure platforms.

• Deploy and administer Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Support virtualization, storage, backup and disaster recovery solutions.

• Assist in infrastructure implementation, migration and upgrade projects.

• Participate in disaster recovery testing and restoration activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.

• Prepare technical documentation and implementation reports.

• Support customer deployments and project delivery activities.

Job Requirements: (e.g., educational/ professional qualifications)

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in infrastructure deployment or system administration.

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Basic understanding of server, virtualization, storage and networking technologies.

• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery concepts.

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Eager to learn and develop technical competencies across infrastructure technologies.
