About the Role
As a Systems Engineer, you'll provide Level 2-3 technical support to business clients, ensuring their IT environments remain secure, reliable, and high-performing. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, implement new technologies, and work closely with clients to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email, remote access, and onsite visits.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity issues.
Support and manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Windows Server, and desktop environments.
Assist with implementing new infrastructure, cloud solutions, and network services.
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Accurately record and manage support requests using a ticketing system.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects and exceptional customer outcomes.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Key Skills
You'll be a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys solving technical challenges and building strong relationships with clients.
3+ years' experience in a Level 2 or Level 3 support role within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft and cloud technologies.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Windows Server, and networking.
Exposure to cybersecurity solutions and best practices.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for technology and continuous learning.
