Systems Engineer - Level One / Two

Our client is well known in the market for their professionalism, culture and the speed in which they deliver results to their clients. They have experienced steady growth this year and as a result they are looking for another Systems Engineer to join their team.

Ideally you will have:

• A minimum of 18 - 24 months experience working in a technical support role.
• Connectwise or Service Now experience or similar ideal
• Professional pro-active service first approach.
• Relevant tertiary qualification. Ideally a MS certification such as MS900-365 fundamentals - MD100 and/or MS100.
• Strong understanding of Desktop Operating Systems, especially Windows 10.
• Basic understanding of networking
• Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Active Directory
• Knowledge of AV solutions

You will need to be well versed in relationship building, influencing and sharing information.
