Systems Engineer (Microsoft)
NewBe an early applicant- Understanding and knowledge of Windows
server/application performance monitoring.
- Understanding and knowledge of Active Directory
including but not limited to GPO, schema, and best practices.
- Understanding and knowledge of email standards and
protocols: SMTP, IMAP, and MAPI.
- Understanding and knowledge of LDAP administration and
management.
- Understanding and knowledge of administration scripts
and languages such as PowerShell or VB.
- Understanding and knowledge of network load balancing
and fail-over.
- Understanding of SAN/NAS storage systems.
- Understanding of backup and recovery technologies.
- Understanding and knowledge of security as it applies
to Microsoft technologies.
- Understanding of Web servers and Database servers
using IIS and SQL.
- Understanding and knowledge of System Center family
products.
- Understanding and knowledge of O365.
- Understanding and knowledge of different Anti-Virus
Solutions.
- Proven experience with MS Hype-V Server
Virtualization.
- Understanding of VMware Virtualization.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering.
- 2+years of experience in the same field.
- Experience in MS Active Directory, MS exchange protocols.
- Experience in LDAP administration and
management.
- knowledge of administration scripts
and languages such as PowerShell
- Experience in network load balancing
