Systems Engineer (MUST HAVE DoD TS)

Summary

Onsite Systems Engineer at the Pentagon's NMCC building and managing VMware vSphere/ESXi environments on Dell PowerEdge servers with PowerVault SAN storage, migrating Hyper-V workloads, administering Windows Server/AD and Linux, hardening to DISA STIGs, and running Veeam backups. Requires US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance.

  • Location: National Military Command Center (NMCC), Pentagon

  • Work Location: 100% onsite

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, core hours between 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI

VMware / Virtualization

  • Extensive hands-on experience building and managing VMware environments.

  • Extensive experience with:

    • VMware ESXi

    • VMware vSphere 7.x / 8.x

  • Experience building VMware environments from the ground up.

  • Experience configuring:

    • VMware High Availability (HA)

SAN / Enterprise Storage

    • Isolated backend storage fabrics

Licensing Preservation
