Systems Engineer .NET & SharePoint Online

About the role

You will join a long-standing project, working on the design, development, and evolution of document management, collaboration, and automation platforms based on Microsoft technologies. You will have a relevant role in initiatives ranging from enterprise application development to the integration of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 in complex corporate environments.

What you will do (and consolidate)

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, and REST services.
• Participate in the entire development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Design and implement document management solutions on SharePoint Online.
• Create and customize components using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript/TypeScript, and Microsoft Graph.
• Automate business processes using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Develop integrations between SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other corporate platforms.
• Design metadata models, document libraries, permissions, searches, and information structures.
• Build dashboards, reports, and integration services oriented toward document processes.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to transform functional requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and incident resolution in production environments.
• Participate in initiatives related to OpenText Content Server / Extended ECM.
• Prepare technical documentation, operating procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot following security and governance best practices.

What we're looking for

What will make you successful in this position
-Solid experience in .NET development
Having experience developing enterprise applications through C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web Services, and REST APIs will allow you to contribute from day one to projects critical to the business.
-Mastery of SharePoint Online as a document management platform
Your knowledge in architecture, document libraries, metadata, permissions, search, and collaboration will be key to designing efficient and scalable solutions.
-Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Microsoft 365
You will work developing advanced customizations through SPFx, Microsoft Graph, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Microsoft 365 services.
-Knowledge of Power Platform
Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps will allow you to automate business processes and optimize document workflows.
-Ability for integration between platforms
You will have the opportunity to design integrations between SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure, and other enterprise systems, providing a comprehensive vision of the solutions.
-Experience in document management and Enterprise Content Management
If you have worked with corporate document platforms, especially OpenText Content Server or Extended ECM, you will bring differential value to the project.
-Business orientation and communication with stakeholders
You will participate in an international environment where the ability to communicate with users, document solutions, and collaborate with multicultural teams will be as important as technical knowledge.
-High level of English
The project is developed in a global environment, so you will need to use English regularly in both meetings and technical documentation.
Modality: 100% remote.
Schedule: Preferably aligned with EST time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST)
