• Configure and maintain firewalls, wireless access points, telephony and other network equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Level 2 and Level 3 technical issues, supporting and mentoring service desk and technical support teams.
• Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, file services, migrations and wider infrastructure projects.
• Assist with cyber security incidents, vulnerability management, security controls and infrastructure best practices.
• Manage IT hardware, software and network equipment procurement, installations, relocations and decommissioning.
• Work closely with technology leadership to provide technical recommendations and identify opportunities to improve systems, security and service delivery.

About You
• Experience in a Systems Engineer, Systems Administrator or similar infrastructure focused role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking and core IT infrastructure.
• Hands on experience with firewalls, wireless networking, telephony and network troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, SharePoint and file server migrations.
• A sound understanding of cyber security principles, vulnerability management and infrastructure security.
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to work directly with end users, customers and senior stakeholders.
• A practical, solutions focused approach to troubleshooting, project delivery and technical support.
• An interest in Microsoft Copilot and emerging AI tools, with an understanding of how they can improve productivity and the user experience.

What's on Offer?
• $90,000 to $95,000 + superannuation.
• A varied, hands on role with exposure to systems, networking, cloud technologies and cyber security.
• The opportunity to take ownership of day to day IT operations across a multi site environment.
• Involvement in meaningful infrastructure projects, network upgrades and technology improvements.
• Direct access to technology leadership, with the opportunity to share ideas and influence the IT environment.
