Job Specification:

• Hold bachelor degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Telecommunication from reputable university with minimum IPK of 3.0, 5 years working experience as engineer is a must

• Deep knowledge and able to demonstrate expertise in Pure Storage/Everpure products is a must

• Having knowledge in Server, Hypervisor (VMware/KVM) and SAN switch (Brocade/Cisco MDS)

• Having experience in Operating System (Windows Server/Linux) is a plus

• Holding Pure Storage/Everpure FlashArray Storage Professional certification is a must

• Minimum 5 years experience in Storage/Server technology deployment

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

• Fluent in English, good communication skills

• Competent with Microsoft Office applications i.e. Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Description:

Report to Team Leader

The role shall cover:

For Maintenance-based:

• Support for troubleshooting problems in PSI customer.

• Also support for change request in customer network.

• Including reporting, documentation and standby monitoring.

• Support for Onsite Resident Engineer on PSI Customer Site (8x5)
