System Administration: ติดตั้ง/จัดการ/บำรุงรักษาระบบต่างๆ รวมถึง Server/storage/networks และระบบปฏิบัติการ ซึ่งรวมถึงงานต่างๆ เช่น การจัดการผู้ใช้ การกำหนดค่าความปลอดภัย และการแก้ไขปัญหา.
Cloud Computing: ติดตั้ง/จัดการ/บำรุงรักษาแพลตฟอร์มคลาวด์ (เช่น AWS, Azure หรือ Google Cloud) เพื่อปรับใช้ จัดการ และขยายขนาดแอปพลิเคชันแลโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน
Networking: ดำเนินการ/จัดการ/บำรุงรักษาบริการเครือข่าย (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, ISP) และเทคโนโลยีต่างๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่าการสื่อสารและการเชื่อมต่อเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
Virtualization: ติดตั้ง/จัดการ/บำรุงรักษาเทคโนโลยี virtualization และ HCI เช่น VMware และ Hyper-V เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้ทรัพยากรและจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมเสมือนจริง
Backup and Recovery:ติดตั้งและการบริหารจัดการกลยุทธ์การสำรองข้อมูลและการกู้คืนข้อมูลให้แก่ลูกค้า
