Systems Engineer

Salary: £37,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• I require at least 3 years of experience in a similar role (3rd line equivalent).
• I expect a proven ability to implement, configure, test, and maintain technical infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges are necessary.
• You should have excellent knowledge of supporting enterprise network technologies, including switching, firewalling, routing, and wireless products.
• I look for candidates who are committed to continuous learning and actively pursuing vendor certifications.
• You must be able to follow and produce detailed technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience are essential.
• I prefer someone who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality is expected.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership is crucial.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, I seek a skilled and motivated Systems Engineer who has a passion for designing technical solutions and delivering first-class 3rd-line support.
• You will provide outstanding service to our customers and deliver innovation across technical operations.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will plan, implement, and document technical solutions.
• I need you to assist in the transitions of solutions into live service and provide 3rd line support services.
