Systems Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Manager / Senior Systems Administrator with experience in Microsoft infrastructures, Azure, Microsoft 365, and security, capable of driving the stability, modernization, and technological governance of the organization.

What you'll do

You will be the person responsible for the technical governance and evolution of corporate systems, guaranteeing the availability, security, and efficiency of the technological infrastructure.

You will work in an environment where you can actively participate in the definition of standards, continuous improvement, process automation, and coordination with different technological providers.

• Administration and governance of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID)
• Management of Microsoft Azure environments: resources, virtual machines, networks, backup, monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Identity management, MFA, conditional access, and access security.
• Administration of corporate devices through Intune/MDM and endpoint security tools.
• Supervision of networks, communications, and connectivity between sites.
• Vulnerability management, backups, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Participation in security initiatives, regulatory compliance, ISO 27001, and ENS.
• Coordination of technological providers and SLA monitoring.

What we're looking for

• Solid experience managing corporate infrastructures and Microsoft cloud environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Experience in the administration of Windows systems, corporate devices, and security tools.
• Knowledge of networks and communications (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, WiFi, switching, and routing).
• Experience in the management of IT providers and services.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Intune, Defender, Sentinel, and the Microsoft security ecosystem.
• Automation through PowerShell or Microsoft Graph. [
• Microsoft Certifications (AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300, MD-102, or similar).
• Experience in technological transformation projects, migrations, and infrastructure consolidation.
