- Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in system administration
- Possess certification of MCSE & CCNA is a must
- Experience in PCs & Mac support in LAN, WAN, mobile devices & Wi-Fi environment and system support including installation, patching / upgrading & administration
- In-depth experience in AD GPO deployment, Firewall settings and network troubleshooting are added advantages
- Hands-on experience in using Veeam, VMware, NetApp and SysAdmin tools etc.
- Experience in AI usage and Linux is preferred
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good negotiation skills and proficiency in English and Chinese
