We are looking for a Systems Quality Assurance Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web-based systems through a combination of automated and manual testing. This role works closely with the Development Team to validate features, identify defects, and support continuous system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts (end-to-end, unit, and integration)
- Perform manual testing for new functionalities, enhancements, and bug resolutions
- Execute regression testing prior to system releases
- Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Document and track defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in test automation using Cypress or Playwright
- Hands-on experience in unit, integration, and regression testing
- Exposure to Django (Python), Vue.js, and/or React.js environments
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools)
- Working knowledge of Git/GitHub
- Basic SQL knowledge for data checking and validation
Preferred / Advantageous:
- Experience in API testing
- Understanding of CI/CD processes
- Background in Payroll or HRIS platforms
- Familiarity with Philippine labor regulations and taxation concepts
