Systems Security Engineer (DLP)
Summary
Supports enterprise DLP solutions for regulated industries (finance, healthcare) by managing server upgrades, scripting automation, and enforcing security policies across Windows/Linux environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide enterprise-level DLP and infrastructure support for Finance, Healthcare, and other regulated environments.
- Support DLP server upgrades, migrations, integrations, and endpoint agent deployments across Windows/Linux environments.
- Integrate DLP solutions with Active Directory to enforce user- and group-based security policies.
- Develop Python, Bash, and Batch scripts for automation, agent deployment, alerting, and log analysis.
- Monitor and analyse DLP alerts and system logs, perform RCA, and recommend remediation actions.
- Troubleshoot network and data-flow issues using Wireshark, netstat, Telnet, and similar tools.
- Integrate DLP with Web Proxy and Mail Servers to prevent data leakage and secure sensitive information.
- Support DLP policy tuning, incident investigation, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Guide and mentor new joiners, including task allocation and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in DLP/Cybersecurity/Infrastructure Support.
- Relevant DLP certification with enterprise implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, Active Directory, networking, scripting, and security compliance.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, RCA, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
