What you’ll do:
- Help teams adopt new processes and improve day-to-day use of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Build or enhance workflows using tools like Power Automate and Microsoft Forms.
- Work directly with departments to review and restructure digital file systems in Microsoft tools like OneDrive.
- Audit existing documents and identify opportunities for simplification, consolidation, or clean-up.
- Create templates, guides, and documentation for department-level use.
- Collaborate with IT and end users to support process improvements and ensure a smooth transition.
