About The Role:
The incumbent will be responsible for managing IT technologies and a group of technical IT Systems and Infrastructure personnel; developing and establishing IT systems standards and procedures; and assign work to the operations staff and the analysis, design, deployment, and operations of IT software/systems supporting the business. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert in one or more of the following fields (VMware/Compute systems) and work closely with IT management team and business units to ensure alignment with the company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Plans project lifecycle deployment and define IT requirements.
- Design, plan and monitor major projects, IT budgets, priorities, standards, and procedures.
- Coordinate with departments and monitor all VMware solution facilities.
- Maintain all issues related to systems, virtualization and security including plans of the Disaster Recovery and BC programs.
- Coordinate with various departments to work together according to business process requirements.
- Monitor all critical matters and ensure compliance with guidelines to achieve all goals and enhance project growth.
- Maintain knowledge of all present infrastructural trends and implement all business objectives.
- Ensures high availability of critical business systems hosted by the company.
- Develop and manage relationships with vendors in support of staff augmentation and systems support.
- Perform system upgrades as necessary for OS and software as needed.
- Systems administration within all aspects of Windows servers and email infrastructure.
- Monitor Active Directory health and respond to issues.
- Install, maintain infrastructure server including Events Manager, File integrity Monitoring, Radius and Certificate Authority.
- Implement proper business continuity plans and data protection of windows servers.
- Design, implement and support VMware Hypervisor and related systems as eSxi, vRealize, NSX.
- Design and support infrastructure directory services, such as Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP authentication, group policy, DNS, and PKI/Certificates and other related virtualization solutions.
- Analyze system performance, implement improvements, event alerts, and availability reporting.
- Performs other related duties as requested by the company.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum 6+ years of IT experience.
- Good command of English language (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) or equivalent to intermediate level.
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with high ability to work autonomously.
- Planning & Designing and Implementation for IT systems and Solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft, VMware and Security platforms and solution
- Planning & designing and Implementation for datacenters and Failovers Solutions.
- Detailed knowledge of PCI DSS requirements.
- Knowledge of Virtualization, Administration, Setup and Deployment, Clustering, Replications, Backup/Recovery, Monitoring, Hardening, PKI, and Terminal Server/RDS.
- Understanding of QSA / CIS standards.
- Must be a champion for pushing IT standards, procedures, policies, and best practices to the infrastructure team.
- ITIL Certification is preferred.

- Must be willing to travel to remote offices to understand current business unit and IT challenges in order to recommend solutions.
- Experience with a Tier 1 or 2 management consulting.
