Job Description
Milyen feladatokat lát el nálunk egy Szerszámoptimalizáló Technikus?
- A területre érkező műanyag fröccsöntő szerszámok hibáinak feltárása, javítása és szükség szerinti átalakítása
- Szerszámok bejövő- és végellenőrzésének elvégzése
- Szerszámalkatrészek mérése és ellenőrzése az aktuális műszaki rajzok alapján
- Alkatrészrajzok ellenőrzése rendszerben
- Forgácsológépek – például szerszámköszörű, hagyományos maró- és esztergagép – megfelelő kezelése
- A javításokhoz kapcsolódó munkamegrendelések kezelése
- Aktív részvétel a problémamegoldásban és a folyamatfejlesztésekben
- Együttműködés és folyamatos kapcsolattartás a kapcsolódó szakmai területekkel
- A szerszámüzemi csapat támogatása szükség esetén
Ami a pozíció betöltéséhez szükséges:
- Szerszámkészítő végzettség vagy szerszámkészítésben szerzett 2–3 éves szakmai tapasztalat
- Műszaki rajzok értelmezésében és alkatrészek ellenőrzésében való jártasság
- Alap szintű angol nyelvtudás
- Precíz, megbízható munkavégzés
- Jó problémamegoldó képesség
- Együttműködő hozzáállás
- Nyitottság a szakmai fejlődésre és új ismeretek elsajátítására
