As a T&E Compliance Analyst based in Sunway Pinnacle, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity of our financial operations. You will ensure that employee expense claims are meticulously assessed against company policies and external regulations, driving continuous improvement and supporting ethical business practices across the affiliates we serve.

The Opportunity

  • Ensure operational compliance by assessing employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner against Company Policies, Procedures, and external regulatory requirements.

  • Document and track assessments meticulously, recording all compliance assessment results and activities directly within Concur during claim processing.

  • Act as a proactive problem-solver by identifying and escalating issues, recommending effective resolution plans to the RSS Line Manager and Affiliate stakeholders when necessary.

  • Drive continuous improvement in our day-to-day operations by collaborating with the team to identify opportunities to enhance compliance documentation, such as review manuals and return reason coding.

  • Champion process optimization by working with your Reporting Line Manager to make appropriate recommendations to the Global Lead and actively participating in solution provision activities.

  • Support knowledge sharing by helping prepare periodic reports and training materials that address updates to the compliance monitoring process.

  • Contribute to broader initiatives by participating in global compliance programs, projects, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by your Line Manager or Global Lead.

Who You Are

  • You hold a University degree or above, preferably with a major in business, law, finance, or a related field.

  • You have 2+ years of experience in compliance reviews, auditing, or implementing compliance programs in a highly regulated environment. (Note: Applications from individuals with less than 2 years of experience will be considered for an Associate-level position).

  • You possess strong analytical skills and approach fact-assessment with professional skepticism and exceptional attention to detail.

  • You are an out-of-the-box thinker who is comfortable challenging the status quo to drive better outcomes.

  • You are a highly collaborative team player with strong communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English.

  • You have a solid ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are self-motivated and take full ownership of your personal and professional development.

  • An understanding of pharmaceutical business risks is considered a plus, though not mandatory.
