As part of T-Mobile Polska's T Hub team in Warsaw, you design, implement, and optimize automated business processes modeled in BPMN 2.0 using Camunda, developing Python-based workers and microservices, collaborating with business stakeholders, and troubleshooting workflow automation environments.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Software Engineer focused on Process Automation, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize automated workflows.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, analyzing, and coordinating business processes modeled in BPMN 2.0
- Implementing and maintaining process automation solutions using Camunda
- Developing and integrating Python-based workers and microservices
- Creating, testing, and optimizing automated workflows
- Collaborating with business and technical teams to quickly understand and translate process requirements into scalable solutions
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues within process automation environments
- Supporting continuous improvement of business processes and automation initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with Camunda
- Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 and process modeling concepts
- Hands-on experience with Python development
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Ability to quickly understand and analyze business processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- High level of motivation, proactivity, and ownership
- Both German and English language skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with microservice architectures and system integrations
- Previous experience in process automation or workflow orchestration projects
