T&O Project Management & Business Support _ PM/科技部營運專案管理

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a strong sense of purpose and passion for Project Management, including Ops Process & Platform Re-engineering, Workflow and Workbench, with the aim of enhancing productivity and improving employee and customer journeys.
• Collaborate as a team player with stakeholders to clarify and prioritize requirements, working closely with the Tech team to facilitate the development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions, including SIT, UAT, and system enhancements.
• Effectively manage communication and engagement with senior-level domain leads and working-level teams. Identify and address issues and conflicts within the program, projects, and platforms, and if necessary, with other stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for staff engagement and enhancing the employee journey.
• Support T&O strategy planning, transformation agenda, and handle ad-hoc tasks as required by the business.
• Experiment with and develop use cases for future-ready technology to improve employee and customer experiences.
