- Support the Lead in guiding the team on Scrum processes and tasks, while engaging with users and customers.
- Develop efficient software programmes and systems that meet user requirements.
- Support software enhancements, system configurations, and ongoing system improvements.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain well-structured and efficient code in accordance with Software Quality Assurance standards.
- Produce technical specifications and assess operational feasibility.
- Integrate software components into fully functional software systems.
- Document and maintain software functionality and technical processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and upgrade existing systems.
- Automate tasks using appropriate tools, frameworks, and scripting.
- Perform software validation and verification testing.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and External System Integration Testing.
- Deploy software applications and evaluate user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Qualities We Value
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in software development.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum.
- Familiarity with ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Flutter, JavaScript/TypeScript, FeatherJS, Java, Spring Boot, and Git.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is an added advantage.
- Hands-on software development experience with a strong interest in programming.
- Ability and willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good communication, technical documentation, and interpersonal skills.
