Handle incident resolution, root cause analysis, testing &change reviews.Work with Integration Framework, Interaction Framework, Open Connectivity Framework.Knowledge of batch processing, MQ, WebSphere, JBoss.
Retail modules knowledge (Customer, Account, TT, FT).
