T24 Solution Architect – Core Banking Modernization

🧩 About the Opportunity:

We’re looking for a strategic, technically skilled T24 Architect to help lead the transformation of a large-scale banking environment across the Nordic region. You’ll play a key role in designing and integrating core banking products, processes, and systems into the Temenos T24 (Transact) platform as part of a multi-year modernization initiative.

This role combines enterprise architecture, integration strategy, and functional design leadership—perfect for someone who knows both the business value of core banking systems and the technical depth of T24.

🛠 What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and rollout of savings, deposits, and lending products across all Nordic customer segments within the T24 ecosystem

• Architect the integration of external systems (shadow arrangements) into T24 to enable centralized risk and exposure visibility

• Oversee data and process migration from legacy platforms into T24, ensuring clean onboarding and functional continuity

• Collaborate with channel teams and downstream systems (e.g., data warehouses, reporting engines) to ensure seamless platform connectivity

• Guide the implementation of customer lifecycle processes, including onboarding, product setup, and channel exposure

• Translate business goals into scalable T24 configurations and product templates

• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and long-term maintainability

• Support technical decision-making during all phases of the delivery lifecycle

📌 Your Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale T24/Temenos system architecture or senior consultancy roles

• Strong understanding of Arrangement Architecture, product parameterization, and lifecycle management within T24

• Track record of delivering end-to-end integrations between T24 and external platforms (APIs, DWH, channels)

• Experience in data and product migration in complex banking environments

• Knowledge of shadow deal modelling, legacy abstraction, and T24 risk monitoring

• Familiarity with onboarding workflows, product definitions, and exposure reporting

• Effective communication skills for collaborating with distributed teams and stakeholders

• Professional English proficiency (spoken and written)

• Experience in Temenos upgrades or TAFJ-based deployments

• Understanding of regulatory compliance needs in Nordic or EU banking

• Familiarity with event-driven or microservice architectures

• Knowledge of tools such as IRIS, OFS, or Design Studio

• Exposure to Agile/SAFe delivery in a cross-functional environment
