Role Overview

We are looking for someone who can drive end-to-end hiring, with a strong focus on physician and healthcare talent acquisition. This role will play a critical part in scaling high-quality teams for a fast-growing, non-traditional healthcare model.

The ideal candidate is proactive, stakeholder-oriented, and experienced in managing complex hiring cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across roles, with a focus on physicians and clinical talent
  
• Manage candidate lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer management
  
• Drive closing conversations in partnership with senior stakeholders to improve offer conversion rates
  
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels
  
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes
  
• Collaborate with leadership on hiring plans, prioritization, and process improvements
  
• Re-engage and nurture high-potential candidates from past pipelines
  

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in recruitment in healthcare / startup / high-growth environments
  
• Strong experience in stakeholder management & end-to-end recruitment
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and hiring pipelines simultaneously
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
  
• AI-native and strong G Suite knowledge
