# Talent Acquisition Manager **Company:** Dalmia Polypro\ **Location:** Mumbai\ **Role:** Talent Acquisition Manager\ **Industry:** Plastic Recycling / Manufacturing ### Role Overview We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for Dalmia Polypro. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in **non-IT hiring** and preferably come from a **manufacturing, industrial, automotive, chemicals, plastics, or similar industry**. ### Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment across **plant, corporate and non-IT functions**. - Handle hiring for roles across **Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Finance, HR and Administration**. - Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines. - Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through **Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other sourcing channels**. - Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary discussions and offer negotiations. - Manage recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates. - Support manpower planning and hiring for business/plant requirements. - Ensure a smooth candidate experience and onboarding process. ### Requirements - **6–10 years of experience** in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. - Strong experience in **non-IT recruitment** is mandatory. - Candidates from **manufacturing/industrial organizations** preferred. - Experience hiring for **plant and corporate roles** will be an advantage. - Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and negotiation skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
