Perform assigned duties as a dealer on gaming tables in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Deal Blackjack and all novelty games in accordance with company policies and procedures. (May not be required to work all games depending upon proficiency of dealing.)
Work well with customers and fellow employees.
Be friendly with customers, but not overly conversational to the point of affecting job duties.
Work with large sums of money.
Maintain a good work record.
Adhere to established company dress codes.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
