Table Games Floor Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Floor Supervisor will supervise Dealers assigned to his/her respective pit. Should be able to create an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness toward Guests and Team Members. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

Essential Functions:

1. Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s “ELITE” company-wide service mission and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times.

2. Safeguard assets of the company.

3. Ensure departmental policies and procedures are adhered to as directed by the Shift Manager and Assistant Shift Manager.

4. Handle guest complaints.

5. Ensure compliance with Federal Currency Reporting requirements.

6. Maintain a thorough knowledge of TGA regulations, Minimum Internal Controls (MICS), System of Internal Controls (SICS), TVCR rules and regulations and gaming regulations specific by game type.
7. Responsible for the cleanliness of the Table Games pits.

8. Be approachable at all times for Guests and Team Members.

9. Reiterate information that is communicated on a daily basis at the pre-shift huddles.

10. Ensure confidentiality of information with regard to all business conducted at Thunder Valley Casino Resort, including Guests’ personal information, statistical data, win/loss, and other private matters.
