We are seeking a Tablet Press Operator (Equipment Operator) to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.

The Basics

Location: Swedesboro, NJ (Onsite)
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Compensation: $22.00/hour
Benefits: Eligible

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Weigh and measure ingredients using compounding formulas
  • Blend and mix ingredients to create tablet preparations
  • Set up and operate tablet press equipment
  • Monitor tablet quality (thickness, hardness, size)
  • Package and label finished medications
  • Follow pharmacy safety and compounding procedures
  • Clean and maintain tablet press and lab equipment
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues when needed
  • Complete batch runs within production timelines
  • Help maintain accurate batch and lot documentation
  • Support production schedules to meet customer demand
  • Follow all lab safety standards and PPE requirements

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Willing to obtain NJ Pharmacy Technician License (we will train you)
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or compounding preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow formulas, procedures, and batch instructions
• Comfortable working with chemicals used in compounding
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stay focused in a production environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and work in a lab/production setting
