Status: Full-Time
Shifts: Open availability required. Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, days, nights, and some weekends, as needed.

Requirements:
- Strong desire to grow your career as a General Manager or beyond in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in quick service restaurants, with the ability to lead busy shifts and deliver consistent results
- A high-energy leadership style, strong sense of urgency, and willingness to jump in wherever needed to keep the restaurant running strong
The Day-to-Day:
- Lead from the front and set the pace for a fast, accurate, guest-focused shift
- Coach, motivate, and empower team members to deliver product and service excellence
- Own shift execution, including speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, and team accountability
- Jump into operations when needed—front counter, drive-thru, production, or guest recovery—to keep service moving
- Ensure accurate transactions, strong cash handling, and a smooth guest experience
- Support food preparation, product quality, and restaurant readiness throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized work and dining environment that reflects our standards
