Tactical Supply Manager - TES

Responsibility
-Managing Supply Productivity with internal and external partners
-Supporting/executing technical, large-scale and productivity projects for different BUs
-Supplier relationship management for South East Asian Supply Base
-Operational supply management (productivity, product availability, …)

Non negotiable criteria
1.Technical understanding of relevant technologies (min. 3 years industrial experience or degree of mechanical engineering, material sciences or supply chain)
2.Assertiveness, team player, excellent communication & networking skills
3.Fluent English and Chinese
4.Managing people and projects
5.Strategic potential person (min 1+ level)

Functional Expertise
1.Technical university degree (university, technical college, Mechanical Engineering, Material Sciences or Supply Chain) and sound commercial and supply experience
2.Technically and financially savvy – analyzing KPI’s & deriving actions, experienced with reporting and controlling tools. Existing CAD know-how and experience in components development.
3.Professional negotiation skills in an international environment
