【台北辦公室】冷板(Cold Plate)模組技術專案管理(TPM) (TM200Y)
Summary
Technical project manager (TPM) for cold plate liquid-cooling thermal modules at Accton's Taipei office, driving design integration and NPI/production timelines. Acts as the bridge between Taipei R&D and the Shenzhen R&D center/factory, syncing specs, design changes, samples and trial production across RD, thermal, PM, SQE and procurement teams.
本職位主要負責Cold Plate(冷板)散熱模組的設計統整與專案推進。此職位扮演台北總部研發團隊與深圳研發中心/工廠端之間的關鍵橋樑，確保跨部門(水冷設計、熱流、PM、PL、採購)資訊對齊與高效協作，並全盤掌控專案時程與量產(NPI)進度。
Key Responsibilities:
1. 散熱模組設計統整 (Cold Plate Module Integration)
A. Cold Plate 模組設計相關之技術規格統整、進度追蹤與問題釐清。
2. 跨部門與跨據點溝通協調 (Cross-functional & Cross-site Collaboration)
A. 作為台北研發團隊與深圳研發中心/工廠端(On-site)之間的專責對口，確保雙邊技術文件、設計變更與執行訊息即時同步。
B. 緊密對接 RD、thermal PL、SQE、PM、採購及各功能團隊（Function Teams），協調資源配置、樣品製作及試產驗證進度。
3. 專案時程與資訊流管理 (Schedule & Information Management)
A. 嚴格控管專案時程，若遇時程異動或技術瓶頸，須在第一時間精準通知相關利害關係人，並協助擬定應變對策。
B. 負責專案關鍵資料的統整、匯出與歸檔，確保台北與深圳團隊之資訊透明度與一致性，降低溝通落差。
