【台北】初階專案經理 Junior Project Manager — AI / Data Projects

【Job Responsibilities】
1. 專案規劃與執行Project Planning & Execution
協助專案經理規劃 AI / Data 專案時程、任務分配與資源安排。
追蹤專案進度、風險與問題，定期彙報專案狀態。
支援專案會議安排、議題追蹤與紀錄整理，確保目標達成。
Assist project managers in planning AI/Data project schedules, task allocation, and resource management.
Track project progress, risks, and issues, providing regular status updates.
Support project meetings, issue tracking, and documentation to ensure timely delivery.
2. 需求管理與文件維護
協助撰寫與整理需求文件（BRD / PRD / Data Spec）。
維護專案文件、版本控制與交付清單。
確保需求明確、文件完整，並與工程團隊同步更新狀態。
Requirement & Documentation Management
Draft and organize requirement documents (BRD / PRD / Data Spec).
Maintain project documentation, version control, and delivery records.
Ensure clarity of requirements and alignment across technical teams.
3. 技術協作與任務追蹤Technical Collaboration & Progress Tracking
與資料科學家、工程師、設計師密切合作，確保交付品質。
支援 AI 模型訓練、資料蒐集與標註、模型測試等流程追蹤。
協助建立與維護專案 KPI（如準確率、時效、效能等）。
Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and designers to ensure quality deliverables.
Support AI model training, data collection, labeling, and testing processes.
Assist in defining and tracking key project KPIs (accuracy, timeliness, performance, etc.).
4. 測試與優化Testing & Improvement
參與用戶測試與回饋蒐集，整理改進建議。
協助執行 QA / UAT 測試，追蹤問題與修正狀況。
定期檢視流程並提出優化方案。
Participate in user testing and feedback collection to generate improvement insights.
Assist in executing QA / UAT testing and tracking issue resolution.
Regularly review workflows and propose optimization solutions.
5. 溝通與協調 Stakeholder Communication
協調內外部利害關係人，確保專案時程與成果一致。
支援跨部門會議、簡報與進度報告撰寫。
建立良好溝通流程以促進團隊協作。
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Support cross-functional meetings, presentations, and progress reporting.
Foster smooth communication to enhance collaboration efficiency.
【What We’re Looking For】

• 經驗 Experience

具 1–3 年軟體或資料相關專案管理／協作經驗。
了解專案管理基礎（Agile、Scrum、Kanban 或 Gantt 排程）。
對 AI / Data 領域具實際興趣，並理解基本概念（ML pipeline、Data lifecycle、API、Cloud 等）。
1–3 years of project management or coordination experience in software or data-related fields.
Familiarity with project management fundamentals (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Gantt scheduling).
Genuine interest in AI/Data domains and understanding of key concepts (ML pipeline, Data lifecycle, API, Cloud, etc.).

• 技能 Skills

熟悉專案文件撰寫與版本控管。
具良好的跨部門協作與溝通能力。
熟悉 Notion、Jira、Asana、Trello 等 PM 工具。
英文讀寫能力佳，能閱讀技術文件與 API 說明。
Proficient in project documentation and version control.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiar with PM tools such as Notion, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Excellent written and reading English skills for technical documentation.

• 加分條件 Plus

曾參與 AI、數據分析或自動化相關專案。
具 Python、SQL 或資料分析工具（Tableau、Power BI、BigQuery）基礎。
了解雲端平台（GCP、AWS、Azure 或 Hugging Face）。
擁有 PMP、Scrum Master 或 Google PM 認證佳。
Experience in AI, data analytics, or automation projects.
Basic understanding of Python, SQL, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, BigQuery).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, or Hugging Face).
Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Google PM are a plus.
