【Key Responsibilities】

Client Relationship Management & Business Development

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and deepen business partnerships.
• Proactively identify and develop new customers and business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand industry trends, supply chain developments, and logistics requirements.

Logistics Solutions Planning

• Design customized ocean freight, air freight, and integrated logistics solutions based on clients' supply chain needs.
• Provide professional logistics consulting and value-driven service proposals.
• Prepare quotations, business proposals, and presentations to support project acquisition and implementation.

International Coordination & Project Execution

• Work closely with overseas offices and internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements, pricing requests, and project execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Support clients in resolving logistics and supply chain-related challenges efficiently and effectively.

【Qualifications】Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, ocean/air freight, international trade, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of import/export procedures and ocean and air freight operations.
• Strong business English communication skills, including professional correspondence and presentation abilities.
• Excellent client management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

【Preferred Qualifications】

• Experience in industries such as semiconductor, electronics, food & beverage, automotive, or other related sectors is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent, patient, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
