1. Online Consultation Services
*Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries through chat, social media, or email.
2. Remittance & Payment Customer Support
*Handle remittance inquiries, payment verification, and transaction issues; coordinate with finance when needed.
3. Administrative Support
*Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, document handling, and basic reporting.
4. Tasks Assigned by Supervisor
*Support ad-hoc projects and cross-department tasks as requested.
5. Customer Service Experience Preferred
*Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and customer-focused mindset are a plus.
